Refund policy
- All items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is damaged during shipping, in which case the item will be repaired at no charge to the customer.
- Inward shipping for any approved repairs will be borne by the customer. In an event of any damage to an item during transit, shipping will be decided on a case by case basis.
- Please check the items in all respects, including manufacturing defects, at the time of delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason after that.
- For claims of missing or damaged items to be considered, please take a video while opening the package and request review within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Lost items, once delivered by the carrier at the given shipping address, is customer's responsibility.
- Product color may vary due to your screen settings.
- There is no guarantee on our jewelry including plating and/or stone setting.
- Keep away from water, perfumes, and chemicals.
- Always store jewelry in a plastic pouch. Failure to do so will result in discoloration of the gold plating.
- Custom orders are paid in full when order is placed and are non-refundable. They are delivered within 8-10 weeks except for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
